Abstract
The Asian growing economic importance has led to some important changes and developments in human resource management, such as rewards. The purpose of this article is to review the literature of rewards in Asia within the field of management. The study examines papers published in 33 leading international academic management journals between 1990-2007. A summary of the topics analysed, methodologies used, main themes developed, and future research directions is presented.Citation
