Abstract:
On the basis of discussing the current situation of agricultural scientists and technicians of Henan Province,a general procedure for forecasting and planning is investigated,relevant models,including dynamic regression model,experts'opinions based decision-making model(FHW model)and optimal control theory model,are established.The results of these models are further discussed.
